Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
